Cancellation Policy

Please note when booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following policies of Studio Brooklyn. I understand that sometimes schedules change. Given this, I request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If there is no remaining time to complete the service you are late for, your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. When booking your appointment online you will be prompted to put a credit card on file. Please note this is only to hold your appointment. This does not give anyone, including me, access to your card information. Your card will not be charged unless the circumstances include one of the scenarios above, or unless you choose to pay with that card the day of your service. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any fees. I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations. This policy is in place to protect me, my income, and the future of Studio Brooklyn. Thank you for your understanding! Refunds: All salon services are non-refundable. You may return any unused or lightly used retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in-salon credit will be issued.
